Youtube is a dangerous place to go snooping around. I went in there looking for a few clips of something and ended up staying an hour preoccupied by things completely different. All of a sudden I found a whole bunch of commercials and Chinese MTVs that I'd only ever seen briefly before and had never been able to find again. ( Video clips )

Recently when discussing Zhang Yi Mou's latest movie Riding Alone for Thousands of Miles (千里走单骑), I mentioned that it was a return to his more quieter, character-driven movies like Red Sorghum 《红高梁》, To Live 《活着, 1994》, The Road Home 《我的父亲母亲》 and Not One Less 《一个都不能少》.
